Erica-I am a fan of workout videos. I have been doing them for years. I like that I can do the early in the morning while everyone is asleep or during nap time. I don't have to leave the house and it's much cheaper than a gym membership.
i have a husband that runs every day...guilts me into working out.
pilates is fantastic! It's so great for your body and it totally relaxes you too. :-)

sign up for a race in the spring. There is nothing like a deadline to keep you motivated :)
